The name came from being part of the US Navy for five years and the ocean which I spent most of my time in while being part of the USS George Washington CVN-73. Cleaning Stations is an hour-long field day evolution in which everyone drops what they're doing and cleans their spaces, also known as "XO's Happy Hour."
